Business Directory Request Form

The intent and purpose of the directory would be to develop a directory and listing of trusted business services to provide referrals to church members in need of the specific service. Note that the Church would not be involved in the process other than providing the referral to the individual; all business engagement at that point would be between the business and the individual.
