Care Connection Volunteer Request Form

Care Connection Ministry’s goal is to connect those in need with available community, church ministry, or volunteer resources. As a volunteer, you have the flexibility to provide a limited service on a short-term or occasional basis, based on your availability and the specific needs of the community.  This could include services such as transportation to an appointment, sitting with someone, picking up a prescription or package, doing handyman tasks, or calling to pray or encourage. Your ability to meet an immediate need for a limited time and to use your unique gifts or talents to serve others is a testament to your empowerment and ability to make a difference.
